Our Process: P-A-D-I-T

At Vertu Technology, our clients are presented with a step by step process to ensure successful implementation and go-live of their project.  In this process also include a professional, easy to read and thorough project brief as well as visual presentation.

P-A-D-I-T:

Phase 1 – Problem or scope definition consultation

Prior accepting the project, we would meet initially to identify your business needs and goals. This stage enables you and one of our consultants to meet and discuss issues, identify required resources and scoping of requirements.

We identify your business needs and requirement by listening and understanding your thoughts, ideas and goals for the business; Vision Statement; UBR (unique buying reason); who your customers are; what they like about your business and how client will do business with you; and by reviewing your current or existing systems.

This stage also provide you more accurate estimate of costs, timelines and specifications

Phase 2- Analysis and Solution concepts

In this stage Vertu Technology provide you with a brief that details our recommendation and costing. Once you have accepted the brief, a project document is then created and work commences. The brief include an analysis of your needs discovered in phase 1, recommended solutions and options, scope of work and fees and timeframes.

Upon acceptance of the brief, we produce a project plan that provides details of deliverables, resources and phases to design, develop, testing and implement your solution.

Phase 3 – Development

Development phase would involve developing the recommended solutions that you accepted in phase 2.  We also perform testing such as system testing, stress testing prior to final user acceptance testing.

Phase 4 – Implement

Once testing results are satisfactory and signed – off accepted from you, the solution then is release to production environment or public. Documentation of the design, source files and technical details are provided to you.

Phase 5 – Training and support

Training your internal administrators and undertaking support & maintenance contracts are activated. The project then concludes with final debriefing.
